I like the galaxy SIII my only issue is that it likes to freeze and it will randomly close things and things will just stop working and be unresponsive. It is very frustrating.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations

I recently had an issue with my Son Michael's Samsung Galaxy S-III iphone. I called Samsung technical support for help, and I spoke with a very helpful team manager in the customer service technical support department and was told to send the phone in with free shipping label provided to me via email. Samsung replaced internal components of phone that were malfunctioning and I received the phone back in just a few days and it is working just like new! I also have a Samsung Galaxy S-4 and absolutely love it. I am actually thinking about upgrading and getting the new Samsung Galaxy S-5 for myself and giving my S-4 to my wife. Great Product! The Samsung Galaxy products have always been my favorite. The Galaxy SIII makes me love he line even more. There isnt a thing about this phone that i could say i didnt like.

My Samsung is one of the best phones I have purchased in a very long time with all of the features it has, I've had my phone a year and I love it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I have had PDA's and Smartphones since their inception. I started out with a Palm device and moved to the Treo's. That said, this is one of the best phones I have had in regards to both performance, design and features. Granted, there were some options missing that I prefer. For example, I miss the FM Tuner but there are workarounds for that. I do have problems with my provider's bloatware bogging down the phone every now and then. There is also an occaisional issue with the battery temperature getting very high if I am using it while it is charging.
Overall, I LOVE my phone and would recommend it to others, if it were not for the newer versions like the Galaxy 4 and 5 available.

I have had several different brands of cell phones, from bag phones on up. This is the best out of a lot of them. Good battery life, good audio, easy to see and operate. I can't ask for much more.
