I'm not a technology expert, I'm just a working mom whom text, use Facebook, love take a lot of pictures and videos and use the internet just to calm my little one and do homework. This is great tool , is not bulky or big is perfect for somebody always in rush.
Although I have worked with and owned computers since 1988, and eased my way into tablets with a relatively simple tablet three years ago, I have never owned, or even wanted, a smart phone. Up until two weeks ago I have happily used a so called feature phone for years. However, the growing types and number of uses that I have been reading about smart phones started to get under my skin. Finally, my friends and family pushed me over the edge and I decided to get myself a "beginner" phone, a Galaxy S3. That was two weeks ago, and I have not put it down since. First, let's put aside the phone qualities...which I have found outstanding in the way of call clarity and ease of making receiving calls. What intrigues me most of all is that in addition to a phone, I am carrying a computer in my pocket, with more features, uses and clarity than my old Kindle tablet. Further, I can retire my point & shoot digital camera...and not only can I carry around pictures of my grandson in one compact display, but any time I feel like seeing and talking to him we can just Skype. Further, I am having fun exploring my Galaxy 3 trying to learn all it can do and all i can do with it. I can see that this will keep my busy for some time. In short I can honestly say that giving in to the pressure...and acquiring my Galaxy 3...has in all honesty been a life-changing experience. Next step...a more advanced model.
The reason why is because it's easier to use the S voice multitasking and the small settings function the music play is customizable and a little easier to use
