my only complaint is the phone does so much but the battery cant support it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: short battery life

I just love playing on this Awesome phone and learning more and more each day! I would rather have a Samsung phone over the iPhone 1,2,3,4,5. The Galaxy S 3 is much better and I can't wait to see the S 4. I just hope it comes in different colors as well.

Best phone I've ever had

I've had all kinds of phones, from Motorola to the iPhone. Now, that I've had the Samsung Galaxy, I will never go back to any other phone. I can't believe I've waited this long to get one. I'm kicking myself. Thanks for making a great phone!!

The Galaxy S3 is one of the best things I've ever purchased. It seemed quite large when I first bought it, however, once you use it for a while you become more accustomed to it and then think anything else (ANY iphone) is pretty small. I'm not the kind of person that has to have the best or newest, but we were on vacation and since I had the Galaxy S2 already, and doing some research, I thought the S3 would be my best bet. I am SO happy I did too! Since it didn't come with any manuals I had to feel my way around for a while, well, that and watched a lot of YouTube videos. Now, even though I can't list and name all the features that I like about the phone, that doesn't mean they aren't there. I really do love this phone. However, to make it 'more perfect' there are just a couple things that need mentioned. I am pretty disappointed with the battery life to begin with. I'm not a busy salesman talking, texting, emailing and surfing all day long. I'm a boring guy that gets online sometimes, texts a few times and make a couple calls throughout the day. There has been many more times than I can count that I had less than 20% battery between lunch and dinner. Not only is it annoying, but to me it's safety irresponsibility. If you aren't at a desk you almost feel like you need to carry a spare battery around with you! My wife has an iPhone 4 and is on it ALL the time, either talking, texting or playing a few word games and may charge it nightly but usually doesn't 'have' to. My only other real complaint with the S3 is trying to read the screen outdoors, and especially on sunny days is nearly impossible to read. That's it. A huge smile for all the positives about the phone and just two things I'd like to see tweaked. Good luck. I hope this helps some. I guess if I had it all to do over again would I still buy the S3? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Love my phone

I would not call myself totally 'tech savvy'. This phone has been fairly easy for me to figure out (of course, with help of the user manual!). The colors and graphics are awesome. Downloads are very fast. And sharing photos with family who have the same phone is fast and easy. (Love that feature!) This phone was not my first choice because I thought it would be too much phone for me, but I am glad I went with it. I love my Galaxy S III.

I've owned and happily used the Galaxy line since the Galaxy S1-AT&T Captivate. My cappy was a good handset, the SII-Skyrocket was better, and the SIII is simply great. Even though the S-IV is currently available I recently upgraded to to S-III. The handset is packed full of features that are easy to use and understand. The panorama camera mode is an incredible option for taking wide pictures of landscapes and nature's beauty.

I've had the Galaxy SIII for a year now and I love it. I love the size and how fluid it is. The camera is great and works well in all situations. Although sometimes the photos were a tad gray. The battery is alright, it doesn't last all day, I can usually get most of the day though, and I would consider myself a little less than heavy user. I usually get bored of my phones in a month or two, but with android/touch wiz's customobility I haven't got bored. Its a very durable phone, I've dropped it many times and no scratches/cracks. The screen is very bright, sometimes even when its on its lowest, its too bright. Like in darker rooms. The colors are beautiful, and its a very fast phone. I would buy another one, I absolutely adore this phone.
