I really like the Galaxy SIII, I had an Iphone 4 and became bored with it after a couple of weeks, but used it for a couple yrs. After holding the Galaxy SIII in my hands, I had to have it. Now that I do, its amazing. this thing will keep me busy for quit a while. All the features I would have never believed U could put so much in such a small package. It is very easy to use.The quality of the calls, awesome. I can hear what people say, that was always a problem with the Iphone. The picture quality of this phone is fantastic, the colors jump off the screen, absolutely beautiful. I have and will continue to recommend the Galaxy SIII to anyone who asks. For once in my life I actually enjoy using the phone. Thanx Samsung
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great phone. It does everything you want it to do. It is also a great value. It is so easy to use. One occassional problem is that the phone will freeze. I found that if you do a restart every other day and shut down 1 time a week, it helps this problem. This is the best phone that I ever had. I also love the larger screen.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I never thought I would own anything other than an iPhone, until I researched and found this phone.
I am still discovering all the features and I am thrilled with what I have discovered so far.
Refreshing change from iPhone.
It feels like shackles I didn't realize I had on, are now unlocked.
I like the display, interface, apps, configuration options and I like how google friendly it is too.
I love it!

I have owned or used every other so-call "Smart Phone", and have had nothing but problems with all others. The Samsung Galaxy S III puts all others to shame. The display, response, and abundance of apps are unmatched.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

So many awesome features ... there are a few I'm still trying to figure out like the Android bean and LOL I have to admit I have no idea what NFC is but it sounds cool. I'm waiting to find someone else with one of these phones to use the Android beam as it doesn't work with any other phone in the house. For what I need this phone is perfect. I love the calendar and camera. The camera takes the clearest photos. I'm not a fan of swipe on this, it was much better on the SGH-I997 but oh well. The ability to control the phone with my voice is amazing, makes listening to music while doing other tasks a breeze. I'm completely Samsung loyal when it comes to my phones, have been for years.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, speech to control apps
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got the S3 yesterday, since I owned a iPhone 4S here the comparison:
DESIGN: Galaxy S3 design is stunning, the feeling on hands is incredible. The ergonomics makes all the difference. The iPhone 4S is very squarish and definitely more solid but heavier too (way heavier);
SCREEN: Galaxy S3 screen is wonderful with vivid colours and sharp imaages, 4,8 inches vs 3.5 of the iPhone, after you make the transition you wont never come back, impossible.
OPERATING SYSTEM: S3 usability is a boom. iPhone is good but never at the level of the S3, way way slower.
BATTERY: S3 gets full day + 30% remaining battery, iPhone last till four or five PM;
GPS: Galaxy S3 gets locked in less than 10 seconds inside a building, iPhone searches and searches with no success;
CAMERA: they are very similar, S3 is faster and iPhone is may be a bit better in term of quality. No dramatic difference.
S-VOICE vs SIRI: they are both very basic and more fun than usefull.
USB-BLUETOOTH: iPhone only works with iTunes, no Bluetooth, no radio. Galaxy S3 can be usb-connected to computers and flashmemory, it has easy bluetooth connection and yes ... it has an amazing radio :)
APPS: to be sincere, all relevants apps in iPhones are present in Android. They have better design but they are at payment while in Android are always free. No mayor differences.
Galaxy S3 is an extraordinary good purchase. Recommended for all ex-iPhone users. You wont regret, there is a world outside iTunes :)
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: speakers are on the back of the phone

Have owned cell phones for many years and have had many brands. My Galaxy S3 is by far the best phone I have ever
owned. Considered the I-Phone this time and after using my son's I-Phone for a couple of days decided on the S3 for a variety of reasons. The larger screen is a definite plus and ease of use. Battery life has been very good as well. I would recommend buying this phone or the S4, which I understand is even better, if that is possible.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!
