AMAZING! But could be better...

Ok, for some people that don't like long reviews, just read this first part. It's a very good phone with Jelly Bean. Lightweight, incredibly thin, fast (but not the fastest), and a brilliant screen. And a notification light! Neat!
It's a HUGE phone (when compared to most other phones), but is still very pocketable and easy to use in one hand. It is jam-packed with tons of usefull features, like: NFC, Blocking Mode, Notification Light, Expandable Storage, S Memo, and so much more. The HD graphics on the screen when watching media or playing games is amazingly clear and crisp... undescribable. It also comes pre-downloaded with great apps like Flipboard and Music Hub. There are also a whole lot more usefull features to name and describe - too many that I can't put them on here.
As for the cons, well, this thing is like completely plastic. I feel like if I drop it it will be ruined forever. Also, the battery is horrible too. In the morning, after a complete overnight charge I change the settings to Wi-Fi off and turn on vibrate. I turn off all the other quick toggles and darken the brightness completely. Refresh the Weather on the home screen. About 97% left. Keep in standbye and text a little (really just a little) for about 8 hours. About 55-70%. I always remove all apps when I'm finished with them. Horrible. On moderate-to-heavy usage with same settings - about 3 hours. Come on. Samsung has done better.
Overall I still highly reccomend this phone. I was expecting a lot more, but this will do. Good job Samsung?

I had the iPhone 4 before the S3. Absolutely couldn't stand the iPhone. I am SO glad that I switched to the S3 when my contract was up instead of the iPhone 5. My husband liked mine so much that he upgraded from a different Droid to the S3 as well. Great product and not a single issue so far(3 months in). I liked it so much that I sold my Kindle Fire HD for the Galaxy Tab 2!

I find that all of the Samsung products that I have owned have been of the highest quality and this one is no exception. It transitions screens quickly and launches applications promptly. Every app that I use on this phone does not lag nor does any video I view. It can get cellular signal in places my wife’s non-Samsung cannot. I love this phone and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a smartphone.

Other than losing the speech to text feature when I did the Jelly Bean update I love this phone. I had the Infuse 4G before this one and there is no comparison at all!

A really great phone with lots of great features. Some of them are kinda gimmicky and I never use such as the tilt to zoom but still i guess others may find uses for it. To bad I dont have others around to try some of the other cool (in theory) features such as the buddy share, s beam. etc. Great display, nice sound. Feels nice in my hand. I love the size but the keyboard can be a pain sometimes when trying to one hand type. Great product all around tho. Highly recommend.
