Basic Dishwasher

I bought this dishwasher to fit in a small apartment kitchen that previously did not have a dishwasher. The dishwasher works well and is not overly noisy. I would have liked to have a pull out top tray to lay the silver/cutlery on so that the limited interior space on the bottom rack would not be taken up with a large silver/cutlery caddy. Overall it is quite serviceable. The stainless interior is a top notch feature.

I have now owned this compact portable dishwasher for two weeks and I am extremely pleased with it. I use the pre-portioned detergent pacs and the hi-temp wash and it gets the dishes cleaner than I ever could by hand. I have a teapot and teacups which had acquired a patina from years of use that I thought was permanent, but after a few cycles through the dishwasher they now look like new again. The layout is quite flexible; the silverware tray splits in half and when split there are at least a couple of places where you can put one half while you wash big items like pots and pans in the space where the tray normally goes. My only critique would be that the fill and drain hoses are a bit too short; if they were just a foot longer it would give me much more flexibility as to where I can place the unit for operation. Overall, I give this dishwasher a nine point five.

Great Results In A Small Package

I bought this dishwasher 7 weeks ago and installed it in my daughter's 1 bedroom condo. She reports it is quiet and very powerful. Great combo!

Best 18" dishwasher for the price.

Yes, there are much more expensive 18" dishwashers out there but this one is easily the best value. The rack design is very good. I can definitely fit more dishes in this one than my last 18" dishwasher (which was also a Frigidaire). It has plenty of options as well as heated drying (which was a must for me). I have recommended this dishwasher to a handful of friends and family.

Gets things clean

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a broken apartment-sized dishwasher. It's nice to have a dishwasher that works again! Definitely does the job getting things clean. I like the spacing of the prongs, as I seem to be able to fit most items in quite well. One issue is that items such as cups or small bowls placed in the corners of the bottom rack don't seem to be cleaned very well - I guess the radius of the spray arm can't reach them. Other than that, no complaints.
