[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this dishwasher about a month. It looks great and has replaced anther 18" frigediare dishwasher that was about 7 years old. I hope 'this one will last a bit longer. glad to be able to find an affordable dishwasher that fits my space.

Oh no, janet1! I am sorry to hear of the drying challenge your dishwasher is having. Even though you stated you have a service call pending, I have a few suggestions for you to try that may help with drying. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-125 degrees (at the water heater) for the best cleaning and drying potential. Ensure you run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you do before getting in the shower). Don’t forget the rinse aid (it really makes a difference)! Using the high temp wash or sanitize can also improve drying performance. I hope this helped! Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

A Great Upgrade
