Great price; Super Quiet; Dishes NOT clean

We purchased this dishwasher along with a Frigidaire Gallery line range, over the range microwave & refrigerator. This other three appliances are excellent! This dishwasher, however, does NOT clean well. Unless I've already rinsed or wiped all plates & silverware down before putting them in, they come out with food bits will stuck to them. Even when washed on the "high," most powerful setting. Glasses come out foggy with residue on them. What's the point of a dishwasher if you have to PRE-WASH your dishes anyway??
The biggest plus is that it IS super-quiet & smudge-proof. But that doesn't really matter if the appliance doesn't do the job.

Never Again

I am very disappointed with my dishwasher The repairman has been here 4 times. First it was nothing they could find.. Then it was a little plastic piece in the door jam missing,Then it was the way the dishes were being loaded they claimed, so the dishwasher was run with no dishes in it fifteen minutes before the repairman got here so he could see all of the water on the floor.There were holes in the plastic hose. Now it's that the wrong gasket was installed at the factory. In the meantime the dishwasher has been leaking all over the kitchen floor. It doesn't happen all the time. But it is enough times to have to mop up about a gallon of water each time. On the plus side, the dishwasher is quiet and the dishes are very clean, no water spots on the glasses and there are no spots on the stainless steel. I thank you for that.
So with bad hoses, wrong gasket installed from the factory, little plastic pieces missing, four attempts to get the dishwasher repaired correctly, needless to say we will not be recommending this product to anyone we call a friend?

Looks good, Cleans...Not so much

We've had this washer for about 8 months now and I have to say I am completely frustrated with it's lack of cleaning our dishes. Often we have to re-wash the dishes because food was left on them or they have spots all over them. Dishes are left greasy and coated with dried food constantly, we have to literally wash the dishes before we put them into the dishwasher to get washed. I've tried every combination of cycle, different soap pods, jet dry is always added but nothing seems to be helping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey CindyPK722, we do suggest to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely. Also, make sure the filter trap at the bottom of the unit is free of debris. You may also want to clean the unit by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside, and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms, and the unit and also deodorizes the unit.
If you are still seeing film and food particles on the dishes after checking your water supply, and cleaning the unit, please try changing detergent's to a gel or liquid detergent. Powder tends to build up and corrode parts of the unit.
If none of this proves to be successful we would suggest contacting an authorized service provider to schedule a physical assessment and diagnosis of the appliance.

Poor top rack design

I've broken quite a few glasses because they slip and slide on the top rack. Will look for a top rack with more prongs for my next dishwasher.

Haven't had any issues! Easy to clean. Easy to use! As long as you use the rinse aid dishes come out spot free.

Disappointed

I only have to turn the dishwasher on about every 3-4 days and it starts to smell in between. I have never had that issue with any other dishwasher. Seems to wash the dishes great. I just worry about mold build up in between times.

Quiet and clean.

We purchased the dishwasher about 2 months ago and are very pleased. The machine is very quiet and does a thorough job of cleaning the dishes. I've even put unrinsed items into it and they come out clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smells Unless you Wash EVERDAY

We tried everything. Smelled like plastic at first, figured that would go away. Too bad it did, because now is smells like sewer. I've had 5-7 dishwashers in my life, always been a water conserver, rarely wash everyday. This one smells bad after one day.
