Purchased this model because of color needed.

Not happy with purchase though only a few models were available in the bisque color I needed. Stays wet inside after dry cycle and lower filter inside needs to be taken out & cleaned after each use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The glass trap located in the center of the filter is designed to collect pieces of broken glass, straws, bones and pits. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. I love my new dishwasher. I can't hear it running when I'm standing next to it because it's so quiet. My daughter bought one as well because she liked mine so much.

Was hoping this would work better than it does, seems to NOT dry my dishes, I do not like having to hand dry the dishes once they have ran through this machine!!
I would not recommend. sorry. My old dishwasher dried better than this new one an ! only paid about half for that as what I did for this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model mainly due to color and was pleased until just recently. It appears that the pump has gone and repair would probably be close in price to a new dishwasher. Very quiet and did excellent job for almost 3 years to the date purchased!
