Buy physical protection

While I like the phone, I am disappointed that insurance for front glass cracks is no good. Definitely buy a case and screen protectors before you walk out the door. I leaned on mine when I had it in my top pocket and cracked the screen after only having it two weeks. Have insurance, but they said Sprint should replace it. Sprint says pay the $150 deductible and you get a new phone. Insurance is worthless for glass breakage. Got the old run around.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: not durable

It does everything I want it to do and more. I still haven't finished playing with all the cool features and learning them. It's easy to use and intuitive and not to mention stylish. I truly love this phone.

I love the ease in using this product. A lot of apps. The only draw back is it is a larger phone. But on a whole it is a great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Too big

Love it so far. Best smart phone on the market and definitely the top phone I've owned yet over the past 8 years. I not a talker or text/twitter but definitely use the data plan for web surfing, email and other apps. Picture resolution quality and responsive performance using the apps is great. Hoping the battery holds up but so far it has exceeded expectation based on previous experience.
Took away a star on value since I feel all these phones are overpriced especially since they are out of date after a year.
