I have 2 kids, 2 dogs and a cat and this vacuum makes my life so much easier!! It amazes me every time I clean it out what it has managed to get!
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Easy To Use, Hassle Free Operation

Perfect, if not for this one flaw

Roomba is the best vacuum cleaner ever! It does a great job cleaning all types of floor. We have hardwood, high density loop carpet, regular type and even tile floor in our house and it performs better than my Dyson vaccum. You can tell the difference visually and also when you walk on a cleaned floor. My only issues with it is that if your rug has black stripes or spots on it, Roomba thinks that it is the edge of the floor and does not go over it. I will continue to ask you to move to a different location. Other than that small issue, everything else is A+ with this little machine. You have to be very patient with its pattern initially, it drives you nuts in the way it moves around the house.
Pros: Deep Cleaning, Easy To Empty, Easy To Use, Efficient, Lightweight
Cons: Dark Color Carpets, Dark Color Rugscarpets

Two Great Danes

I have two Great Danes, dog hair is a minimal problem now. I have a bad back and I don't have to push the darn thing. When "Rosie" wears out I will definitely buy another.

I have never owned a Roomba until I bought the 650. I wasn't sure what I was getting into so I bought the "middle of the road" version. I did require that the one I have would schedule to run on its own and the 650 was the one. We recently got laminate throughout our house and I cannot imagine not having the Roomba to clean for me during the day. We don't have little kids but we have several dogs and every day at 10 am, the Roomba goes through the house and picks up the dog hair and leaves my floors spotless! I will not be without one EVER again! It's easy to maintain and does what I ask it to do without complaining!

I have worked with Irobots before, but in a military capacity. So I know they have great products. I bought this mainly to keep up with the dust and dog hair. I live in Phoenix, AZ with 2 dogs. Needless to say I would vacuum every other day to keep up. "Laura" runs everyday and she works out great. I know people complain about the small bin, but I haven't a problem. I vacuumed the day before I got her and I still had to empty her 3 times. But no that she is working everyday and I am using the regular vacuum once a week, there is no problem. Great investment and time saver. She is a little loud, but quieter than my upright.
