Pretty disgusting

We have had "Rudy" for about 3 weeks now. As far as the heading "Prety disgusting" What I mean by that is before we let Rudy loose, we vacuumed the house. We let Rudy do his thing and the first time through, I had to clean the dirt bin out 6 times. I have no idea where it found all of the dust and dirt. Not so bad now as I have Rudy fire up every day after I leave in the morning. I clean it out every day when I get home and the bin is pretty full. We do have a dog in the house and its nice that it finds all of the hair left behind. Also Rudy goes where the normal vacuum cant. Under the beds. He runs around and finds all of the dust bunnies.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Covers Entire Room, Deep Cleaning Ability, Hassle Free Operation, Increadable, Large Debris Bin, Long Run Time, Pet Friendly

This is definitely the BEST household tool that I have ever purchased in my 55+ years as a homemaker. Ruby is quiet, moves from room to room with no difficulty even though it must go over two raised thresholds and three different floor surfaces. It can move from solid flooring to area rugs so simply. I really love that she can clean right up to the baseboard and around chair legs. NO more pet hair accumulating hair in the corners that a vacuum cleaner misses. Under beds, chairs, couch and dressers is no challenge for my Ruby. i Robot 650 is a winner. Bought a second one a week later to be used as a wedding gift.

My son gave me our Roomba vacuum for my birthday. I thought it was needless, until I tried it. Everyday it gathered up unspeakable amounts of cat hair, dust and dirt. How could the house be this dirty when I vacuumed weekly with my German vacuum? Day after day, week after week it got up shocking amounts of cat hair and dirt. It became my favorite appliance, and I named her "Mrs. MacGegror" because I always wanted a Scottish housecleaner. I move Mrs McGregor to a different level of the house every day, and she works diligently, without complaint. I still use my super German vacuum one a week, but the Roomba has been a God-send, especially in the hot humid summer when the shedding from our two cat is at it's peak. The house is cleaner than it's ever been.

Bought the iRobot 650 for my wife (she asked for it... trust me, I learned my lesson a long time ago about buying a vacuum as a gift). She (and I) love it. Not to mention the cool factor, this thing works great. We thought we had a pretty clean house, but it's amazing how much cat hair Roomba picks up that our house vac missed. Will be interested to see what the life of the Roomba will be. Named it "Rosie" in honor of George and Judy Jetson's robotic maid. Who'da thunk it?

Purchased this a few weeks ago and has been a huge time saver! Cleans my one bedroom apartment, rolling over tile, hardwood and carpet with ease. Before, I struggled keeping up with the dog hair. Now my apartment has never been cleaner!

Roomba rounds up Allergins

I was shocked when Roombas bin filled in my 5x12 closet. That's dirt lifting. After three cleanings, the accumulation was gone. Now I'm able to clean the whole house twice a week and find my allergies decreased.

I have had the Roomba 650 series for about four years and use it once a week in my condo. At first it worked great,we loved it, but after about a year it didn't pick stuff up as good and it got really really noisy. After two years the battery went on it and I spent just under $100 replacing it. Now at four years the battery has gone again, grrrrrr, how frustrating. That's a lot of money to spend for something that consistantly needs new parts and is still NOISY...

Best thing i have ever bought

When I first bought my Roomba it worked for a day then would just spin around in a circle and come up with a random error code. Discouraged I call I robot they were very helpful and sent me out a new robot right away. Since then I have come to realize that this is one of the best things I have ever bought. I have a German shepherd who sheds a lot having this Roomba has cut down on my cleaning time drastically although it does get stuck every once in a while (mostly to my own fault IE leaving stuff on the ground) it sure beats vacuuming every day. I have mine set to go off every day when I'm at work so I am not in its way and the noise doesn't bother me. my only down side to this product was that small hairs built up in the gear compartment for the brushes again a little extra maintenance but I have had this bot now for almost a year. Highly recommended
