My 2nd Roomba

Was delivered promptly. I purchased one of the original ones in 2002. Replaced battery a couple of times. New one is more quiet. I love the docking station and since I got the remote control, I don't have to bend over to make it go where I want it to go. Great for us old folks.
Pros: Easy To Empty, Easy To Use, Efficient, Powerful/Good Suction, Quiet

I had a Roomba years ago and had to return it as the wheels became so clogged with pet hair that it would only turn in circles. This one seems much better and definitely cleans better. I run it every day wish I hadn't waited so long to bring another one home. I also have 3 large birds and to clean under and behind their cages is a major chore. Now I just pull the cages away from the wall a couple of times a week and Roomba gets everything spotless. An added bonus - it can keep my Border Collie amused herding it for a couple of hours every day :) I love this Roomba so much that I am now going to invest in a Scooba and hope it works as well.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Covers Entire Room, Hassle Free Operation, Large Debris Bin, Long Run Time, Pet Friendly, Quiet
Cons: Can Get Stuck, Frequent Maintenance

I set the unit out to go, and in an hour or so, it has picked up less debris than a 10 minute manual vacuum job would do. Then, to make things worse, it requires at least 30 minutes of cleaning and maintenance to make it ready for another round of cleaning, or lack thereof. In a busy household with kids and pets, this device is completely useless.
Cons: Clogs Easily, Difficult To Clean, Misses Spots, needs continual maintenance

Roomba and my dishwasher are intrigal parts of my everyday life! We have two small dogs and a two year old. I don't have time to vacuum and sweep every day! It picks up dust, dog hair, wood stove mess, and SAND! This is our second roomba and we are fans for life. On top of how awesome roomba is their customer service is equally amazing!! They replaced my roomba due to a home base malfunction and were the absolute best throughout the interaction. 10 stars! I have sent videos of my vacuum going around baby toys and chairs so friends could see it in action before they got one too. Got the grandparents one too. Thank you for checking off my least favorite chore everyday!! Excuse the pink carpet it's next up on project list!

I like my roomba but there are things you NEED to KNOW before you buy. 1. One thing that is EASY TO FORGET is that YOU have to first pick up EVERYTHING off your floor before you start the vacuum. It Will get stuck on anything that is on the ground so for a mother of 3 kids, this means picking up all the legos because they will disappear in the vacuum. It gets stuck on blankets, cheap rugs that are flimsy and phone charger cords and lamp wires. It also gets stuck behind bedroom doors and it will shut the door itself and get "trapped" in the bedroom. 2. Its fairly loud. So loud that I don't dare put it on when my husband is home. The loud noise bothers him (not me so much) so we try our best to turn it on when we leave the house. Basically, there is no way you can let it run and watch tv at the same time. Sounds similar to a hair dryer running. 3. Best use in my opinion. Picking up dog hair. That is the main reason I bought it and it works amazing for that. A huge help for me. 4. Not so great for...carpet or rugs. It doesn't have the suction power to get your carpet clean like a regular vacuum can.

Cons: Gets Stuck On Cordswires, Gets Stuck On Lamp Cords, Inefficient, Noisy, Not smart, Unreliable

I work full time and hated to ask my retired hubby to keep up with all the housework. This is one task we don't have to bother with! It cleaned our hardwood and tile floors in one hour in our 1800 sq ft house. Wonderful that it gets under the beds and furniture, around the toilets, all the corners. I tied up the power cords and don't have any issues with this little guy doing it's job. The 650 is programmable which makes it even better. I watched it avoid the stairs and was amazed!

I really like this product and it works great for my needs. I have had it for 1 year now with minimal issues. My dental office is about 2000 sq ft. It amazes me all the time how much sand, dust, lint, and other debris is picked up, when I think the floors look clean. The biggest complaint I have is that the black rubber bumpers can leave skid marks on my white rubber wall base molding. Also Jesse periodically tends to get itself stuck on the base of my dental chairs -- rides up the base, and then doesn't/can't back itself off. Probably not a concern for most users. It is noisy, but, I run it in the evenings, or when I'm not around and therefore not an issue

I got this for a birthday present! It's the best gift I've received in years! I have a mini Dachsie & a chi. Both breeds are heavy shedders. I live on a farm, in a large, old farmhouse. There is a lot of dust.i noticed when I dust, an hour later there's a coating of dust on tv stand, glass tops, etc.i also have lots of antiques and all these items attract dust. My little "Rowbie," is so good, that I'm now dusting, 3 times per week, instead of 7! I also have copd and it is hard to breath. "Rowbie," is a "Godsend!" Get one as soon as u can!
