Could be better for the price

I have hardwood floor and the functions for scheduling works great but the item gets stuck on carpet, under the table, and bumps into the wall a lot. I don't know how long this will last but I do not think it will last for more than a year. Makes a rattling noise (I think something is stuck inside it but I can't find what it is). It is not a good replacement for mopping but it is good for picking up dust and hair on the floor.
Pros: Easy To Install, Easy To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does a great job sweeping but is loud and bumps into dark thing. Also, it's easy to use, just hit clean and it will start cleaning. If you hit dock it might take 5 minutes but it will find its way back.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Cleans Under Furniture, Easy To Use, Hassle Free Operation, Large Debris Bin
Cons: Noisy, bumps into dark things

I have 2.5 Golden Retrievers and I love using my 'hairboy' to keep the house clean. It is a great tool for us multi-taskers. I am much too busy to vacuum every day and hairboy enables me to keep the floors clean while I am doing other tasks.

Love that this vacuum does so well at picking up dog hair and dust. I had just swept the floors the first time I used it and was amazed at how much it still picked up that the broom missed.

We bought our iRobot in January and within the first few months we had scratches across our brand new hardwood floors! We just built and moved into a beautiful home and to have a product damage our floor was horrible. They say they stand behind their products but we do not feel as if they do. The asked for estimates of the damage which was almost $1,000, pictures, proof of purchase and other items. And in the end after we had made it very clear we did not want another iRobot all they did was offer to replace it. Why would we want to damage our floors further by using another one of their products? Why would you ask for estimates of the amount of damage if you weren't even going to help pay to have it fixed? Seriously! Yes the customer service was ok but overall were we satisfied... NO! Never buy this product if you have solid hardwood floors and expect a company to stand behind their product. It should not have to completely take apart a product every time you use it and clean it. Yes you have to clean it but you should not have to go through that much. They should make a product that is sealed off that doesn't require that work. If you stand behind your product or say so then do it.
Cons: Needed Customer Service Help, Runs Into Everything

So happy to see removal parts. I loved my Mint, but the right wheel quit working, and there was no way to fix it. Very noisy. Easily entangled with wires. Love that it goes over thresholds. I was definitely how much stuff and dog hair it picked up. Hope to have a long, loving life with my irobot 650. Just got my irobot yesterday, but I was super impressed in the set up and it's cleaning ability.
