My sons (9 and 13) and I are very impressed! We've named ours "Rover". Scheduled to clean while we are away on weekdays, Rover will usually make it through every room before finding its way back to the charger (3bed, 2bath, living room, dining room, kitchen). Only issue is getting stuck under low furniture maybe twice a week. Will recognize its stuck and shut off to save battery. Wish we could program different cleaning designs (like back and forth only) - our thick carpet has Rover tracks every which way making a slight eye-sore. Have had Rover for over a month now and our cat still follows it all over the house. We empty bin twice a week.
Pros: Easy To Empty, Easy To Use, Efficient, Powerful/Good Suction

Roomba works great on light colored carpet and bare floors. Roomba will not work on black colored carpet. I researched other makes and they have the same problem. In my opinion these cleaners were marketed before they were perfected.
Pros: Cute, Easy To Empty, Easy To Use
Cons: Inefficient, Poor Design

We purchased Rhumba for use in our bedroom to keep the carpet tracks down. Found that we had a great need for cleaning as well - surprised at the amount of dust and Kitty hair it picked up. Then when we hit the road in our 40' RV for the summer decided to take the Rhumba with us - it was wonderful!! Picked up the Kitty hair and tracked in dirt very well. It is now a constant cleaning companion!!
Pros: Easy To Use, Efficient, Good Power Output, Great At Home, Great In Our Rv, Simple Instructions

I cannot believe that I waited so long to buy one! With two short hair dogs at home, I never knew how much they could shed. It was everywhere-the floor, the rugs and carpets, the sofa. I was slowly going insane trying to keep it all clean. Once I got it home, I literally opened the box and charged it which only took a half hour. We three (yes the dogs too) watched it makes it way around the house. HEAVEN. It was so clean and so pet hair free I danced a jig!

Christine, possessed by supernatural forces in a way that allows us to keep our house clean from dogs, cats and everyday living. Much like the car from the Stephen King movie, Christine is eager to get the job done and clean up after herself. The only issue I have so far with Christine is length of time I watch her in action, much like the Kramer painting....she's is a loathsome, offensive brute, and yet I can't look away.

I love my new Roomba!!!

I have Hal 9000 run everyday at 9:00 and it does a great job! I have two cats and three littler boxes. Thus far, it's picking up a lot of cat hair and litter etc.. I even sweep, mopped, and vacuumed before letting roomba go and it still picked up alot of hair and dirt! I'm very happy that I finally got one!

I bought this product due to being diagnosed with Tennis Elbows. It's the most wonderful thing I have EVER purchased. I compared it to a name brand vacuum cleaner that I own & this product did just as good or better than the name brand vacuum cleaner. It also helps owning this product having 2 dogs. I then bought an IRobot Scubba. Which works wonderful too.

"A MUST FOR OLDER CUSTOMERS"

This product is a life saver when you are older and can't really push around a regular vacum. Older people without the strength or mobility to clean are at a disadvantage when living alone and this product gives them back that advantage. I have had one for years and introduced my cousin to it while visiting. Now she has two, one for up stairs and one for down.
