Update to my prior review

I bought this vacuum in Feb and by May it was not working. I contacted customer support via email and they responded within 24 hours. After talking with the rep, and since I live over 100 miles from a service center they decided to replace the vacuum, within 2 working days I received my replacement. Due to mass production there is always a possibility of getting a flawed product, but what really matters is how the company handles the situation. Due to their professionalism I am changing my rating to 5 stars and I would recommend this product to my friends.

Wand doesn't work after 5 months

At first this was a great vacuum but after about 5 months the wand doesn't work. Not clogged and floor suction works fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Brushroll, Bad Wand

I bought this vacuum almost a year ago, and have never been able to get the wand suction to work well. I love the brush roll, and the ease of the other features (cleaning parts, emptying dustup, adjusting height). I've taken the machine apart so many times to try to clear debris from the wand, and brush roll, but it still never works well. So I end having to use 2 vacuums; this one for the floors, and my old vacuum for cleaning corners, moldings, windows, etc. It won't even collect the lightest hair or tiniest bit of wood ash. It's very frustrating! If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

This machine is NOT an Electrolux!!!!! Just a cheap imitation, I know I own 2 Electrolux currently one of them I purchased in 2000. They are both better than this model.

It does vacuum great, with great suction. I love the brushroll cleaner feature. But it is WAY too heavy and does NOT glide easily. Its like tug of war. And after using the extention wand, the hose becomes very stretched out and hangs on the ground. It has great suction, but isn't easily to use.

Plastic tab attaches the heavy vacuum to the handle. Cheap flimsy tab plastic is all that holds it together. Until plastic wears off/breaks. Terrible design. Someone s/b embarrassed.

Plastic Obsolesence

The main brush roller does not engage, even after reset. However, the housing is a pain in the rear to remove and address the problem. I will put your company on my Plastic Obsolesence Plan which is to never use my plastic money to purchase a piece of inferior grade workmanship from you again.
