I havent had this vacuum for long and the two clamps that hold the hose on broke already. Make sure u take it apart and clean it weekly if not it wont work good.

Loses suction right from the start.
Total waiste of money- doesn't pick up dirt or anything. The last straw was today. It constantly overheats and quits suction power (only 1.5 years old). So I threw it off my porch and broke it on a million pieces. It's a shame that I waisted that kind of money on defective vacuum.

We are truly sorry to hear of your experience! All of our models include a safety feature called Thermal Shut Off; which, will turn the vacuum off in the event of overheating. Overheating is typically caused by a clog in the base or hose or a filter needing replacement. We continue to strive to offer the best quality machines we can. We hope you'll give us another chance!

Don't waste your money!

I only had my vacuum for less than 2 years and it is complety done now. Even after keeping it clean and emptying after each vacuum, this past weekend it started overheating and completly lost suction. What a waste of money!

Didn't even have this for a year and it just quit working one day. This company can't even hold a candle to the real Electrolux brand (now known as Aerus). I will definitely not be buying again.

Bought almost a year ago and red light will not go off, cleaned everything. Worst vacuum I have ever bought.
