Very dissatisfied with this dishwasher.

When I fill the lower rack and go to roll it back into the tub it falls off of the side tracks that are formed into the tub walls. The rack was replaced once which helped for a short amount of time and started doing it again. Very aggravating to get it loaded and then have it fall off of the track and have to reach in and lift the rack and try to get it back on the track.
It also has not done a very good job of cleaning. The glasses always come out with out being clean and have to be hand washed! I have cleaned the filter and it did not make any difference.
My old dishwasher did a much better job than this one. I will be replacing this one as soon as I can and it won't be this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

excellent but hoses on the unit constantly leak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the unit but the hoses they use in the unit constantly thru time leak in between the ribs of the hose as shown in the photo the repair technician replaced one hose and told us that is the only warranty we get on the hoses so another different hose just started leaking in between the ribs totally different hose and we have to pay for it to get it fixed. I think they used a cheap hose to begin with we had the unit for less then 18 months and this is the second hose to spring a leak. I am now looking at the manuals to see the hose before I de-install it out of the kitchen counter to see if I could use a more superior type of hose and to see if it can be retrofit into the LG product. If they would have spent just a couple of bucks more on the quality of hose they could have avoided all these issues. I would have paid more just to not be inconvenienced

You totally get your moneys worth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m never disappointed with my LG purchases, and this dishwasher is no different. I love the top rack that handles my long utensils and cutlery. And it’s so quiet that I have to practically put my ear against the door to hear it run. And of course my dishes come out sparkling. Thanks!

Love it finally no pre-rinse of dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually always soak and rinse off my dishes before putty them into the washer, well I tested this several times with baked on yucky pots pans cookers and I’m really pleased to say this dishwasher rocks love it! Love the steam feature! I also have to give LG a huge thumbs up after about six months the control panel started cracking, the washer still worked great, contacted LG they send off a repair team, the customer service was really amazing, done right!
I would recommend this to a friend!
