Quite decent range

We bought this after we had bought the comparable model GE gas stove top for our summer home. We liked the burner design and power range and general gleanability. It compares quite favorably to the premium semi-pro models on the market at substantial savings.

Nice cooktop, but cheap design

I've had this oven for 2 years and have used it about 10 times. One burner now doesn't light and GE offers no help. I can see that the wire leading to the igniter has fallen off and is just lying under the burner. Unfortunately, I can't get to it without taking the whole oven apart. You would think that they would fasten those wires better!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great cook top

great unit, oven heats fast. front control panel buttons are touch sensitive, too much so. use lock out to wipe them clean. timer only counts by minutes, no seconds until under 1 minute.

Not worth the money

We had a profile range at our last home and liked it so when we purchased our retirement home we decided to purchase a range to modernize the kitchen. We've had problems with the warming drawer alignment since day one. We had to had the stove serviced twice trying to fix the problem. Finally they had to replace the slides. The alignment is acceptable but it grinds metal on metal when the door is opened or closed. The stainless steel scratchs really easy. The oven poofs when we bake something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new range

I haven't had it long, but the first thing I did was to bake 175 cupcakes for Granddaughter's grad party. The convection feature made easy to bake several pans at once. It make short work of a big project.

Never thought I would love cooking with gas. Absolutely love this range. Especially the fact that the range can be disabled to lock out little fingers, this includes both range and oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
