Bought this last week. I bake sourdough, biscuits, pretzels and a fruit flan so far. It would be nice to have had a receipe book come with the machine. How long to mix on what speed to get a feel for it. But im learning and realised I overturned my pretzels.

I bought this a fortnight ago and my husband made a cake! He found it easy to operate and quiet. It is stylish to look at although I thought the colour Cobalt Blue would be more blue - however, it looks purple in my kitchen and I wish I had bought a black one.
