Pretty but defective

I bought this mixer after many hours if research. I was drawn to this model because of the glass bowl and tilt head. After owning it only 3 day and 1 small batch of cookies, ot made loud grinding noises. When I tilted the head back I found 1 of the screws almost out and the other one missing. I transferred my cookie batter to another bowl and that's where I I found the other screw
...IN MY COOKIE BATTER!! Extremely disappointed after waiting all these years to purchase a stand mixer. I did return it with no hassle but was hesitant to repurchase the same model. I purchased the professional series model instead. Waiting for it's arrival hopefully a better experience.

Glass Bowl Shattered After 1 Month

We have had a Kitchenaid mixer for 10 years with no problems, but found our original model was not large enough for our current baking needs. We ordered the Artisan, and loved it, until the glass bowl shattered when removing it from the stand yesterday.

Disappointed compared to everyone else's reviews

Well built, heavy and beautiful white color (frosted pearl). Problem is that everything sticks to the mixing paddles so you have to constantly wipe them off. Also, when you beat things it pushes majority against the walls of the bowl which you have to constantly scrape off. Further, there is very little space to add things to the bowl without it spilling over the edge.

The appliance is smudged with grease on the head, neck n base. The underbelly of the stand mixer is poorly finished in contrast to the Uniform Color on external surface. The metal rod is rust stained at the base in the hollow of neck. The hook is slightly crooked.
In addition, the styrofoam is broken at the base n the package box is littered with broken pieces of this foam. Is this a Return item ?????????
Certainly, this is not the original packaging ....
Am very disappointed with what I have received n will return to store for an exchange at the soonest possible. Been a very frustrating experience !!!!
What is wrong with this appliance that everyone is gushing about?? Have been let down twice by Kitchenaid stand mixer Empire Red!!!!
Should I get another Color instead?

I was browsing through Black Friday deals looking for a good deal on Artisan mixers. I ended up buying one for the regular price because for $90 more I got it with pouring shield and metal meat grinder attachment. And I got to choose from many colors available. If I went to buy that same pouring shield and grinder, it would cost me around $130...
Mixer works great and green color looks amazing in my kitchen. Definitely would reccomend!
