Nice Mixer, however it lacks of power. I was making nougat the first time I used it and it really struggled with the Italian merengue at top speed. It became slow and very hot in the top

Love my new mixer! It’s relatively quiet even on a fast speed and powerful. The only the big I wish was that is that it has a release so you don’t have to touch the paddle or whisk when it has ingredients on it but only a small issue.
