out of 50 tries it feed the paper 3 times to get an image. I am not exaggerating ,it would mot pickup an feed the paper through the device

I'm really disappointed because i was looking forward to finally cleaning up the paper in my office. I wasted hours trying to get this thing hooked up. Installed the driver I downloaded from the website. I don't ever install from the CD's because they're usually outdated. I uninstalled, reinstalled, searched the internet, read the manual and I still keep getting an error. I can't even get past the calibration process because the Epson Scan Settings keeps telling me it can't find the scanner and download a different driving. I'm really surprised that with the size of a company like Epson they would have an updated user interface. It looks the same as it did 15 years ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick scans, intuitive set up and use, bought this based on a review by the salesman - really great recommendation. It will go with me on the road and be my primarily office scanner.

Portable Scanner

I just hooked it up and used it for the first time. For it seemed super easy to use and set up my files. I am glad that we did this it will make our bill storage much better.

I haven't had this scanner long enough to fully give a complete review. I did try it and it works very nice, better than I expected. Takes very little room and the results are clear and precise. I do not use a scanner much, but want one there when I have a need. This one seems to do nicely, but will no more after a few months.
