Portable Scanner DS-30

I really bought this to use with my new Macbook Pro 13 inch laptop but cannot seem to get the software to install on the Mac. I therefore had to install the Windows software on my Windows machine and take two computers with me to our annual trade show and convention (which is a pain when going through airport security). It works great with the Windows machine, scanning multiple pages easily enough but I am hoping I can get a driver to function on the Mac that I purchased it to travel with as well. Because of the Mac issue I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I am very pleased with my DS -30 portable scanner, both the mechaniocal design and its associated software. It replaced my desk top Canon scanner. I use my DS-30 alomst daily and have had no problems in month's of use.
I only wish it could handle photo prints and other documents up to 11 X 14"

Epson does not disappoint! I love my portable scanner. Very easy to install and no hook up hassles. Perfect for my home office.

Great Small Scanner

Fast small scanner. Really has impressed me. I have had Flatbed and Document Scanners but this one exceeds my expectations. Loaded software and was up and running in a short period of time. Works well with Alt I P S directly into Word. Got my money's worth.
