Good Air Conditioner

I had this Air conditioner for a little bit and when i used it i loved it. It cooled my room pretty quickly. It was a bit noisy but i didn't mind. The only reason i returned it is because the unit arrived with some cosmetic damage but besides that this AC was nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recently were blessed with our irate child. Having the ability to adjust settings on the AC from our phones is absolutely wonderful. Sometimes we aren't able to get up and make the adjustments. Because we always have our phones near us, adjustments are within reach. We absolutely love this unit. Not to mention it cools better than our 15K BTU window unit.

I would give it a 5 star, but it has a loud chirping noise that seems to come
when the compressor is running (not sure) its actually louder than the fan
and very annoying. Not sure if it is something that can be corrected or not. next
question on a recommendation to friend, yes but with qualifier on chirping.

Great customer service - great product

I bought the 8000 btu ac a month ago - had a remote control issue - customer service very responsive and quickly sent a new remote.
The unit is used in a loft area over garage that gets quite warm - we had a hot spell this Spring - and the AC does a very quick job of cooling the area.
