Great features!

Love the five burners. The center burner keeps an even heat for my cast iron griddle. Love the fast boil burner. Wish the grates could be seasoned like cast iron. And my high end pots don't fit very well when using 3 or 4 burners at the same time. Overall, a good value and looks great.

With in 1 year of owning this range, I had to have the convection fan replaced. Other than that I have no problem with it. Bakes evenly. Cooks great. And love the quick features for pizza and nuggets.
Pros: sleek
Cons: Poor quality

I was drawn to this range based on the look. I liked the grid set up. As a plus, there is the large, oblong burner in the middle. Then, it has an extra large 5.8 CF oven. And it has convection. I liked it when I saw it. It was a good value. And after about a year of use, I still like it very much and it still looks good. I use it daily.
Pros: Durable, good value, good quality, looks great

Bad stove from day 1. Takes for ever to get up to temperature. Temperature always seems off. My old stove would bake cookies in the shortest time on the label every time. This one takes longer then the longest time every time. Tonight I have been waiting over 40 minutes for it to get up to 450 degrees and it is still no there. Trust me, avoid!
Pros: none really
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor performance, shows dirt scratches easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While there are too many variables to say for sure how long it takes to preheat the oven, 40 minutes is probably excessive. I would suggest reaching out to the Support Team for help determining whether this issue may be related to the installation or if your Range is not functioning properly and will require service to correct. well, I got it less then year ago because I love to cook and I wanted o have convection oven and 5 burners stove; it was great, however, in 6 months the knob fell off and the letters SAMSUNG started to fell off too. Unfortunately, company logo cannot be replaced even if it was under warranty..so I have nice looking stove S..MSUN ( sounds like a promising product from Chinese black market..
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
