[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used many brands of mixers but not a single one compared to the outstanding performance or sleek beauty of my Kitchen Aid. Having a Kitchen Aid on your counter is like hanging a sign in your kitchen that says: I love to cook and you’re about to taste some of the best food of your life.

It makes baking a breeze, and adds so much air to cakes for a fluffy and lighter consistency.
I cant wait to slowly get attachments and try them out on the machine.
The only downfall is the price, I monitored costs for over a year then purchased during EOFY sales due to the good discount.

Should it have a spring latch?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always heard how great these are but I have to say I am slightly disappointed. My friend has one and it is fitted with a spring latch which mine doesn't have. Has this changed? I am forever stopping the mixer to scrape the bowl as it doesn't pick up all the mixture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a little sceptical but decided to buy a stand alone mixer as I bake cakes often and even use my hand mixer a lot .
I do however have to say that I regret not getting one sooner. Then again I still have plenty of time to enjoy my kitchen aid products.
