I got this stand mixer as a birthday gift and I love it.
This has put the fun back in baking for me as it leaves my hands free to get other things done while it does the job.

We used to knead dough manually. Although we enjoy doing it, The KitchenAid Artisan Design Stand Mixer really saved us a lot of time and effort. Now, we are able to make our recipes with half the time and double the quality. Leaving our dough smooth and delicious! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to expand their cooking repertoire!

I purchased this mixer one week ago and have been very pleased with it. It is easy to use and you can easily switch the attachments. I recommend it to anyone looking for a stand up mixer.

Broke on first use.

Purchased the device as a gift. It stopped working while using it for the first time. Tried to make a claim as I had also purchased the replacement warranty and they will only provide me with a gift card for the cost of the machine at point of purchase. The amount will not cover the cost for the replacement as I had purchased on sale. Not happy with bestbuys geeksquads warranty being false.

Great first stand mixer

Bought for making cakes and large batches of goodies. So much easier and faster than using a hand mixer. Sturdy machine. However disappointed that if using for a long time (to make a meringue) the attachment will come right off and fall into your batter. The attachment screw at the front also gets loose with motion and the faceplate fell off as well...overall well worth the buy at the sale price.

I bought this I don’t know if anyone got what the picture should. Because I didn’t all the mixing equipment shows stainless steel. When I opened the box one was stainless steel and the other two was painted white and no lid came with it. I was wondering if I should return it.

We purchased this Artisan mixer 5 qt. with the glass bowl. We have made a batch or cookies, a banana bread loaf and today I tried dog cookies. The paddle does not hit the sides so you have to stop and use a spatula several times. Today with the dog cookies the machine could not handle mixing the dough and started to shake and spit dough crumbs all over the place. I ended up having to do the remainder mixing by hand. The banana bread didn’t rise like it normally does when I use a beater to blend the ingredients. I am not really impressed and now am debating returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
