This product is a great upgrade!

This has more features than the washers that came out first. This is a replacement washer and we really enjoy the extras on this model. The turbo wash feature allows to wash our loads of laundry faster and the super spin cycle allows us to dry our clothes faster as well. I would recommend the new washers to anyone with a family and lots of laundry.

Failed control board in less than 8 years

Lasted barely 8 years and main control board went out. The price for a new board is almost half the cost of the original price of the washer. there is only one person in my household, me, so it's not like it gets used all the time. i'll avoid LG products in the future.

Fantastic cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product cleans well, and the best part almost drys the clothes and towels. My drying time is very quick now. Used to take 50 to 60 minutes to dry a load of clothes now almost half that time. I am very happy with this washer.

Poor washing of close. Multiple repairs neede

My washer is less than 4 years old and I have to buy a new one. Twice before the weight has fallen off the tub. The second time it was discovered that the plastic fastening system was cracked. Now the main control board needs to be replaced.
This appliance isn't 4 years old and I have already spent more $ on repairs then the origional purchase price.

Not The Fastest...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been happy with previous LG televisions, so when it came time to purchase appliances for our new built home, we selected all LG. I really have no complaints about the products ... except for the washer. A load of regular clothes, a load of towels, a load of sheets ... takes forever ... the spin cycle goes on, and on, and on, and on ... When it says estimated time remaining "14" or "5" minutes, you can count on that being another hour ... or more before the load is done. We had LG service come out and a circuit board was replaced ... that seemed to work for a few weeks and as I'm writing an estimated "5" minutes remaining has been going on for at least an hour. Time is short and my time is valuable. I would not recommend this product at all. My Life (is not) Good with this washer.
