I've had this a couple of months. I love the speed wash feature and it makes my clothes super dry after washing so that the dryer doesn't have so much work to do.It's also very quiet when running.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

We LOVE our new washer!!

We bought this washer about a month ago and have been SO happy with our purchase!! I have never owned a front-loading washer before, and I don't think I will ever look back!! It can fit so much more than our old washer could, and it is so much more delicate with the items that it washes as well. We can even wash our comforter in it, plus a couple more blankets!! And it is much more efficient with the soap usage as well. It even has a "Hand Wash/Wool" cycle, which I love...it allows me to wash sweaters and tops that I would have never put in a washer before and I completely trust that it will not ruin my clothing items or be too harsh on them. It is super quiet too!! And the little tune that it plays once the cycle is done is awesome!! We are just THRILLED with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone!!

Cleans but gentle on fabric

I had a very hard time giving up my agitator washer. I wanted wash cycles that would clean the clothing but be gentle on the fabric so purchased a very expensive top loading machine. By the end of the fourth week the load balancing shimmy had rubbed its last whole in any of my items and I was not going to use dryer sheets to cover up the fact the cloths did not smell fresh ever again. The store picked up the washer but I had to wait 13 days for them to deliver this new LG front loader. It has been here a month, with a very busy first few days and after-Thanksgiving bedding and towel overdose. The delayed delivery gave me time to review the manual so I understood what each feature did. T-shirts do not “pill” on Delicate and the Hand Wash/Wool cycle is perfect for good sweaters. It does not vibrate and I have not had one problem or complaint since the installation. I wipe off the inside window and gasket when I have finished laundry and there has been no smell everyone warned me about. I actually really like it. I purchased the matching steam dryer 3 years ago and am happy with both.

Wonder Machine!

We bought this machine a few months ago and love it. We keep wondering how it does it job so well with so little water! (Is there really any water in it or is it magic?) We really like it.

Great Washer Capacity and Performance

The wash times are the shortest I have ever seen, 25 to 35 minutes depending on the load. The shortening of time is not at the expense of wash performance! Cloths come out clean all the time. This washer is also the highest capacity washer with a short depth to fit my laundry room.
