this microwave replaces one that i had for over 10 years. it is very similar . it was recommended by a sharp advisor when i needed a replacement for the one i had.. even though i haven't used all of the features yet i love it.

What's great about it: easy to use

What's not so great: haven't found anything negative yet.

Lasted 12 Years!

My Sharp 930AW was purchased in 1998. It has been used to cook SOMETHING at least 350 days a year - whether convection or microwave. Last week the magnetron finally gave out - AFTER 12 YEARS. Never a problem, convection was awesome! Haven't figured out if I can afford to replace it, but if you have the money, this is the only one to buy.

What's great about it: Everything - especially the convection oven

What's not so great: Nothing

If you've always wanted a second oven, especially around the holidays, this model fits the bill. I had an earlier model for over 30 years. The stainless steel version is beautiful and the baking by convection is excellent. The microwave portion is so dependable. It's well worth it!
