Haven't had it but a week but really love it. Battery life is outstanding.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

A nice low end phone

Not a badd first android phone or for those on a budget. Good battery life, screen and call quality. 3mp camera with no flash and lower screen resolution could improve, but again, not bad for price
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def, lack of flash on 3mp camera

A very cool Android Phone

Let me start by saying that I love Samsung products. My boyfriend and i own several. I purchased a popular phone before getting this on from Verizon, well it was free and hated it. I returned it and got this little beauty. A wonderful little phone with so many great features. I have nothing but great things to say about Samsung products. The Galaxy Stellar won't disappoint. One of my favorite features is the call reject feature. It allows you to block numbers right from the phone without having to spend extra money for the call block service my carrier offers..
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, it's a samsung!
Cons: none.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good starter phone

I got this as my first smartphone,i was not disappointed.Fast but runs through battery semi-quickly

Do not get this phone

Honestly, my biggest problem with this phone is the fact that it's too small. The keyboard is nearly impossible to use on this size of display, and I use a lot of typing-heavy apps.
Also, I was very excited to get an SD card to really maximize memory usage... until I discovered that this phone doesn't support app-to-SD capability.
So yeah, the phone was inexpensive, which was great at the time. But now I'm really feeling those savings in what my phone can do. My wife has the same phone, and she can't receive phone calls about half the time when her Wi-Fi connection is on. This is apparently a flaw in some of the phones when the operating system gets an update. Samsung can fix it... if you send them your phone for a month. Would rather buy a new phone and not have to worry about this paperweight ever again.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, too small, not enough memory, old os
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although the Stellar does not have as many features as the Galaxy S III, it is a great phone for the price. Excellent for an entry level smartphone.

Great starter smart phone

I upgraded to this phone from the Motorola Droid and I must say it is quite an upgrade! Fast, reliable, and easy to use. has a starter mode for smart phone newbies and a standard mode for experienced smart phone users. It has lots of features that can be found on more expensive phones. The only drawback would be the 3.2 megapixel rear-facing camera has no flash.
