Too little. Legs to put back from
Extension are a pain in the you know what, and it's just no stable enough when fully extended anyways. They don't stay as should. For 15 bucks though, what do you expect, can't complain about the product for the chicken scratch you pay for it.

I returned it for one reason...the legs will not spread out enough for me to feel that the camera is secure. A little bump and it will fall over. This could be alleviated simply by doing what I recommended above. Otherwise, decent construction...no complaints there.

nice but not big enough

Great for close up shots and near shot photos. Great deal and comes with handy carrying case. Is not big enough for far shots and a knee would be just as steddy for aim and steadiness for far shots.
What's great about it: very nice and it is a steel for only 10 dollars and with the nice carrying pouch. Great for table shots and close photos
What's not so great: not high enough to get good photos from a good angle. Not for far shot photos
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke on first use

The first time I opened it and pulled out the extensions it seemed fine but one leg wouldn't go back in no matter what we did. If yours doesn't break right away, then the stand is good and stable. But mine doesn't close all the way so it doesn't fit in the pouch, so I can't use it much.
What's great about it: Stable
What's not so great: Breaks easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The mini tripod is not made for digital slr cameras. The camera is too heavy and keeps falling forward.
What's great about it: size
What's not so great: cant keep the camera straight on it
