I use this little rockstar a lot for my smaller camera and for Macros, it does not support the weight of my SLR (Film) camera but is rather awesome for my 80-200mm zoom lens!!!! allows me to steady the camera and overall take some amazing low to the ground shots!!!!
What's great about it: small and sturdy
What's not so great: Not so good for larger cameras
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a bit too small for the camera I bought so it didn't stay in place. It was only slightly cheaper than a full size tripod which is much more heavy duty. The good thing about this one is that it folds up nicely making it very portable.

So easy to use...screw your camera in and poof, you're ready to shoot. I do a lot of landscape and sunset, moonscapes shooting and it perfect for the task. Even used it at my nephew's basketball game and was able to set it up on seat beside me and got some awesome shots. The tripod is good for the designed purpose, but the construction is pretty fragile. It is made a plastic that feels like it could break at any time. Holds my SD camcorder and go pro but I wouldn't put any more weight on it. I don't trust it with my DSLR.
