I wanted the Tablet ever since I seen someone have it. I loved the fact that it had the s pen. I never wanted a tablet before I seen this one. I am completely in love with it.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, great note taker

I absolutely love this product! I've had it for 6 months now and am still intrigued by it! It is definitely revolutionary in what it has to offer. I'm so glad I chose to purchase this item! I've even convinced a few people to buy this over some other "mainstream/leading" products. They too have found this to be a pretty amazing device. Keep up the good and innovative work, Samsung!

I have had this tablet for a week now, and i am in love with it.
From the long lasting battery(even when multitasking such as listening to live radio, and surfing the web), to the stability of the platform. I have had zero problems so far. No crashes, no lagging of any kind.
The volume on this little thing is incredible! clear and LOUD.
Although it is recommended that you should get the 32 gig sd card, believe me when i say that it is not by any means a problem if u dont. The tab will NOT lag, even as it starts running out of space. However- if u are an APP/movie/music/ maniac, than yes- get the 32 gig sd card.
The camera works great. Video camera also great.
I have been customizing mine with the coolest apps from Google PlayStore, and just so thrilled with it!
It is simply impossible(for me at least) to give it any Cons.
I will soon explore the ROOT option to further more customization.

workes well with samsung smart tv use app swip-it along with samsung smart tv app swip-it on galaxy note tablet go to pics or videos and with swipe of finger on pic from samsung galaxy note 10.1 will instantly see pic on tv same with video thats on your tablet and non samsung laptop

Bought this tablet for college. Taking notes is amazing in the S Notes application. You can draw perfect graphs and write formulas at ease. Performance is stunning as well. All around a must-have for college.

This is the best tablet i have owned to date. I love the precision of the pen input and the multi window features. my only complaint is the docking port... 1. I wish it was not on the bottom and 2. I wish it have an actual USB port so that an adapter is not required to connect USB devices in addition to the docking port.

My first tablet and it was the best choice

It was a big hit in my home. I have a wireless network connection in the apartment and was much faster than I expected. Great to use to access the internet, email, digital magazines and books and lots of games for Android. The glass screen is amazing quality and is a fantastic experience using the stylus, which slides smoothly but just right. My sons who are in college loved being able to write a text or equations and then can send them by email. Much easier their lives. The battery has good durability. I do not consider the ability of a tablet to take pictures, but I thought the pictures better than most smartphones I've seen. Many interesting games and applications for Android. I bought another stylus to avoid the marks of digital and worked perfectly. To use what I do, the unit exceeded my expectations.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, faster internet connection, application s note, display for stylus pen

Great for Artists and Creative Types

This tablet is awesome! It greatly exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a product that would allow on-the-go digital sketching, and while many tablets or smartphones with a capacitive touch screen will allow some form of this, the Galaxy Note 10.1 blows them all away with the S-pen.
I looked at a few other products that promised similar results via alternative means, but nothing compared to the ease of use with this or its versatility. Before purchasing the tablet, I was a bit skeptical because I did not know how accurate the S-Pen would be. Now, I still love drawing with pen and paper, but this tablet uses Wacom technology to accurately record your sketches, and with PSTouch (included software) and the full version of Sketchbook Pro for tablets, (available on the Google Play store) this tablet is a powerhouse, an artist's dream.
I included some quick sketches I did with the tablet. The tablet allows for palm-rejection technology, so while you are drawing and resting your hand on the screen, it only records the movement of the pen. There were a few times that I would put my hand down before the pen, and then I would get a strange line connecting the edge of my hand to the pen tip, but the undo button took care of that easily and it never seemed to inhibit the flow of sketching. In any case, these were quick couple of minute sketches as I was learning to use the tablet, but I think they give a good idea of what the s-pen is capable of.
