The best tablet right now

I have seen many Ipad and it seems nothing special. When i First saw the Note 10.1, just wow. I'm lovin it
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

This is my 2nd Samsung tablet and I am very impressed with the improvements (1st tablet = Galaxy tab 10.1). I did expect a little more on the screen resolution side considering Samsung has been working with screens for forever. The multitasking interface is very smooth for the most part but it can get sluggish when playing a video and running an app that needs the video card just as much. I did not expect so much frame on the sides but the bigger speakers are great so it is a fair trade. The only complaint I continue to have with Samsung is the lack of accessories which cost them a star. I am willing to overlook the lack luster resolution but Samsung really needs to come up with a viable solution for providing a variety of accessories to all its customers.

dear samsung,i really hope you read my review...
i really love this device and the productivity it offers..the spen,multiwindows....and soo many things are simply amazing..but rather than talking about how amazing it is...i want to mention its drawbacks..and what makes this tablet "almost there"....
1. its desperately needs jelly bean..
2. i hope you guys invent more apps for the s pen.
3.add functions like best shot and faces along with JB update
4.why cant it do full hd recording???...im just wondering..
5.it attracts fingerprints..
most of these can be fixed with updates...
i think you should add airview to this...because you can see that it senses the spen from air(while using the net)..so adding air view would attract more people...
also i feel the true concept of pop up play video is not being appreciated..its not tha fact that you can watch while texting...its the face that you dont have to close the video...text someone..and then go back to watch it..and similar cases..and i feel thats how samsung should advertise it..also if another suggestion is to include pop up video in youtube...it would be amazing...( i know im giving ideas to help improve the product further...and i feel you are not utilising the full capabilities of this tablet)/..
i have soo many other ideas and tips...like you should include an "extend page" option in snote ...it'll nake it more useful (fyi i love s note)...also the animation in snote where it flips like a note book...one should be able to see both pages...i hope u get what i mean....
i have many other amazing ideas and tips..but ant write them down in one review...if you guys actually read this and reply..i might write the others...love you samsung...and i strongly feel u are note using the note 10.1 to its full capabilities

My tablet review may be deemed, "bias" to many, since it is my first tablet I ever owned. But based on my usage and the comparison of when I toyed with a co-worker's I-Pad 2 tablet, I find this tablet to be more user friendly for my personal needs.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: costly

I really love this tablet. Performance, great picture quality, Android OS and loads of applications available from both the Play store and Samsung.
My only real negative is that the display is not high quality or 1920x1080(or 1200) so we lose those super crisp images, this also means we have a low DPI which makes text hard to read under certain circumstances.
All in all, I'd have to say this is the best tablet device out there from a feature standpoint and response time from applications. Also, don't forget that the split screen or multi-tasking ability that this device has is awesome!

Overrated S Pen features, hopefully Samsung will update.

The difference between the Galaxy 10.1 and Galaxy Note 10.1 is the pen enabled feature on the Galaxy Note 10.1 which is not worth the extra $150 as the S Pen is too frustrating to utilize. You do have a pen enabled tablet though and can download other pen enabled apps.
Hopefully Samsung will update the S Pen app on it's Galaxy Note line because it really needs a more user friendly interface and the ability to add and edit text better. Currently editing text is very frustrating as cursor tends to lose it's original position in line with the previous typed words, so you will continue trying to add text slightly below or above the other words and cannot reorient the cursor back in line.
S Pen is also not very user friendly as you need to look at the videos to learn how to operate such a frustrating application.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, fast processor
Cons: frustrating s pen app

Samsung has completely left this tablet in the past.. it's been over a year and still waiting on an update for the gt-n8013.
Cons: no update
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great tablet

I have had this tablet just over a year now and have found that there is very little it will not do I have installed grand theft auto vice city on it and it works great with a ps3 controller no lags or hesitations we stream videos on it and the wife has all sorts of social apps running on it all the time and it seems to handle it better with a lot less errors that my note 2 as far as a in between tablet now since the 2014 edition came out if your not sure you want to spend the money on the 2014 edition you cant go wrong with this one
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, s-pen, expandable memory, can run flash player
Cons: Not high def, buttons that are now on the 2014 edition, charging from bottom of tablet
