Received this as a Christmas gift to myself - best kind right?
So far, after a month of use, I have noticed that everyday my usage of this tablet has increased. It's my main tool for work concerning notes, pictures of products/tools that I have created for work and for keeping track of to-do lists.
For personal use, I have used the Netflix app and YouTube app extensively and enjoyed the clarity and colors produced on videos. Love the fact that the speakers face me!
Not sluggish in any way. Have not found a really cool way to utilize the S-pen other than marking up photos for work. I think the price is a bit high considering this has a plastic case - would have liked it being mfg'ed out of a harder material.
Did alot of research on this product. Chose it over the ipad. It is much lighter and I am used to using android. The more I use it the more I find out all the great things it can do. I just wish there was more information packaged with the product to get you started.
I used galaxy tab 10.1, so I knew that its size is not the problem at all. And I wanted to my tab as a pdf reader and a note, I was considering galaxy note 10.1 for couple of months. There are some features needed to upgrade and to be fixed, however, as its purpose, it is good enough to use as a alternative paper note.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This tablet has so much to offer. First the s-pen and apps are truly memorable and really unique.. Easy to paint and edit photos. Love the Samsung android os. Tablet resolution is fine, Speed is phenomenal at all times. So great to be able to add storage - not limiting to on board 16 GB. Simply love this tablet, so happy to have purchased it. Would recommend Galaxy Note 10.1 to all.
It has to much thinks we can do. The movies look really good in this one, and I had before an Infinity, but the look almost the same. Not to much differences. I really love the way we can create thing such as flyers, not done yet. I am learning by know. I can print in PDF, because my printer, so I hope my printer will add a new apps with more options to print. We can take pictures, this is really an all in one. And we know I is going to get better, because of the actualization and other apps we can add.
Pros: Built-in speakers, i is big enoght for me, i is really multitasking
I would recommend this to a friend!

Asset for Nursing school

Love my tablet! I am in nursing school and this is so handy for classes. With the S-pen, I am able to write right on the PowerPoint instead of having to print all my PowerPoint's and write on the paper next to each slide. An now with the added advantage of jelly-bean operating system, I can have the PowerPoint open on one side of the tablet and look up extra information on the internet at the same time. I can download my book, highlight the text and then even print it at home. I really have very little to complain about with this item. If anything it would be that I tried to load adobe to watch a show and found that it was incompatible. I have already told many of my nursing students to check it out.
This is a really amazing tablet. it does everything perfectly. The battery life is great. The features are amazing. Perfect for school or a business. Also great for personal use.
I'm fairly new to Android since owning every iPhone and iPad I first decided to make a switch to the Galaxy Note ll. After being blown away with that I made the switch to the Galaxy Note 10.1. My brain has been kicking me in but butt shouting "What Took So Long".... iPhone and iPad have since been sold...
The only minor inconvenience for me is, I wish the charging cables were interchangeable between the two models.
