great tablet for first time users and those on a budget

I have been using my tablet for about 2 months and I love it. The playstore and samsung apps give you unlimited choices. I also enjoy all of the preinstalled apps and was even able to find apps that would allow me to print even though i don't have a samsung printer. I love the size of the screen and the keyboard and having android 4.1.1 already installed (hope there will be another upgrade SOON). I wish samsung had installed an anti glare screen so you would not have to strain or shade it with your hand in the outside light and sometimes the touch element of the screen can be pretty resistant and that's a disappointment. Overall, good work so far samsung
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, bright display always inside
Cons: touch screen unresponsive at times, no anti glare for outside

Better than expected

I read reviews about the product on other sites and there were some people that didn't like this tab. I don't really know why. The screen transition is smooth, the reaction of touch is spot on, the features are second to none. I could go on! I love this product and I have always picked Samsung for any electronic item in my house. Samsung just simply cannot be beat. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" is better than I was hoping it would be!

I love this tab I just wish that they made a mobile keyboard dock for it by Samsung, but a bluetooth one will do.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: no keyboard dock

Excellent Tab at a great price

I have used the tab 2 for almost three weeks now and keep discovering new uses for it. I now carry it alone to teach courses rather than bringing in lecture notes and a text book (I utilize Google Drive quite a lot now). The ice cream sandwich is a nice OS and a great upgrade from the previous tab. It was not the fastest tab that I examined, but it does more than everything I need and the television remote was the final selling feature. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Cons: Not high def

Overall, I really like this tablet.
Pros:
super battery life (like 15 hours)
screen (looks very good)
screen (touch sense is accurate)
weight (light as an ipad)
speed (cpu intensive apps like NFS run well)
cost (cheap for ipad-like performance)
Cons:
no tunnel module (needed for VPN apps)
bloatware (loaded some apps I don't want and can't delete)
Pros:
