first unit leaked water from under fridge every 4 days replacement didn't seal the strip would bounce out of track not flipping in place to seal center of fridge when it did it would not seal cold in

Poor compartments on the doors

Started flooding 1 mo after warranty expired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first 2 yrs was fine. 2 years + 1 month, started finding water sitting in the bottom shelves of the fridge.
after a vacation came back to find kitchen floor had pudles around the fridge.
(we did not have it connected to any water source, ice maker is not on).
now once a month we have to de-ice the bottom of the fridge, pour out the drawers (which are now unusable).
i will never buy a samsung fridge again. our last fridge was over 10 yrs old and worked fine until the condensers gave out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The middle shelves broke fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the fridge is nice but the two shelves in the middle broke in less than a year. we now have to lift the two shelves to close the bottom one. its a very weak and bad design. if you buy do not put much in the drawers..

Looks good / great price / disappointed at the end

i purchased this unit as a replacement for my side by side. it was the perfect fit for my kitchen. hours after the initial setup freezer got nice and cold however refrigerator stayed warm. i ended up calling for support within 1 week of having this unit. service call was almost 2 weeks out and ended with needing a motherboard which needed to be ordered. i was still within 30 days of purchase and i was able to return the unit to the store. i ended up with a completely different brand / different unit because i could no longer afford to not have a working refrigerator. disappointed with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comoact but NOISEY!!!

i purchased this fridge and had it installed over the weekend. i bought a new fridge because my old one was rather loud. however, the new one may be even louder!!! in addition of the noise, the bottom freezer keeps frosting.
great product if you have a smaller area, but thats about it.
