The construction of the refrigerator itself is great. Astar as the electronics go, after 1 1/2 years they failed. Oh ya only 1 year warranty on the electronics. It should be at least 5 years.

Bad Choice

My landlady bought this refrigerator 18 months ago and it has stopped cooling three times already. Repairmen cannot seem to fix it and it looks like it is going to have to be replaced. NOT with a Samsung refrigerator! I definitely would never buy one of their products again. Extremely poor quality and performance. And the handle to the freezer drawer is broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Style and Fit but not the performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased this refrigerator in later part of 2016. in 2017 bottom back items on last two shelves freezing and freezer items frost bitten. they returned again in 2018 . now the same issue in 2019.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

just received our new samsung refrigerator and it is so awesome! lots of room for storage, adjustable shelving, love the french doors and spacious freezer. we're enjoying getting to know all the features and it looks fantastic in our home. photo was taken before we got the handles on....

Good option to replace built in model

this was a good option to fit the built in space in our older home. the reason i didn't give it a 5 is because i think the interior lighting could be brighter in the refrigerator section, and i wish one of the door shelves had a flip up cover as is found in some of the larger models. otherwise we are very pleased with the purchase.

fridge with great capacity, dissapointed that it doesn’t work with the smart things app, handles may come off occasionally, fingerprint resistance works well but will get worse after a while. the only control is temperature and thats a bust because it only has seven options with now way to make it precise. would reccomend if you want a nice fridge but not too fancy.

The door bins and drawers are flimsy and pop apart if you use them. The bottom right bin popping open and off caused a crack in the lining of the refrigerator, voiding the warranty.
