I was concerned about not having an iris to improve contrast but this projector put my concerns to rest. The images are spectacular. Huge improvement over my previous LCD unit. I will be looking at Sony when it comes time to step up to 4K. This machine is wonderful.

This projector does great in dark scenes!!!! Very clear and low noise!! This projector replaced my Viewsonic Pro 8200, the dark scenes compared to this old one is night and day!
