This product has been a disappointment

We bought this microwave oven less than two months ago to replace our old one that we had for 15 years because it fit into the space we had available. The numbers on this unit are extremely hard to read (I had to install a light over it to read them) The unit seemed to work fine for the first week, and then it would not start when I pressed the start switch. It would start up and about a second later it shut off. (solved problem by holding down the start switch for at least three seconds each time I start it up) Last week, the interior light stopped working so I took it to an authorized repair service where it still sits today waiting for a special light bulb. Fortunately, I still had the microwave I bought for my son when he was in college 17 years ago (still works) to get me by for the time being. Although this unit has many fine features, I can't recommend it with all the negatives I have found.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceptionally Loud Sounds Awful!

I purchased this microwave on 12/13/15, brand new...it sounds like I've had it for 20 years. This is the loudest microwave I've ever purchased, sounds like it's going to blow up. I purchased this because I'm in the process of changing my appliances to LG(so far I have this & the range), I cannot believe this is a LG product, it's embarrassing when I have company, wish I hadn't purchased it!

Settings for many of the items that I use a microwave for are too hot and too long. I have ended up burning many items because of excessive heat. This even though I am using times that I have used with many microwaves. Microwave dish I used was beyond able to be handled because it overheated. Popcorn burnt after 2 1/2 minutes even though timer for popcorn was set for 3 1/2 minutes. Potato and sweet potato that normally takes 8-10 minutes are burnt after 6 minutes. So, I am not happy.

Great Microwave

I have had this microwave for around 3 months and absolutely love it! It's size is just perfect for our already crowded countertop. It heats just about everything to the perfect temperature and the preset settings are also a great feature!

Our microwave quit working so we needed another one. I didn't want the same brand. This one works great. I love the fact that it's not white and it is really easy to clean. We've been very happy with this purchase.
