[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a while ago and I love it. I've had problems with the kind that has the glass that sits on the the three little things and have the thing that makes the plate go around. Love that this doesn't have that and love the features. Love it.
Pros: easy to use

This microwave replaces a 10 year old of a different brand. Very happy with this product. Is similar to the one it replaced.

Very nice looking microwave - just the right size

Due to a built in microwave space in our kitchen cupboards we had some limited options in microwave ovens available to us when we converted our kitchen from white appliances to stainless steel. This 1.1 cu. ft. countertop microwave was the perfect size for us and it is a very rich and attractive looking stainless steel oven. We've had the oven almost a month now and it works great. Friends have complimented us on the choice we made.
The one feature we had on our old microwave which we wish were on this new oven is on the new oven you can't turn the sound off. We always had the sound turned off on our old microwave so we didn't have to listen to unnecessary and annoying "beeps". Fortunately the beep on this oven isn't overly loud, repetitive, or drawn out so that helps. But it will still be harder with this oven to have a late night snack without getting noticed by someone in the house!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, good dimensions

Beautiful product!! Nice features. Cooks quickly for it's wattage. Easiest cleanup of any I've owned. The only flaw I've found is it gets steam between the glass on the door. Not sure it makes a difference as it goes away.

So far, I have not had any problems with it, and it is very simple to use. It is smaller than the one I am replacing, but more powerful. I am very happy with it.

The design is great, simple and elegant without the busy elements. I am happy with the build quality, it feels solid and not easy to break.
I only use the normal features and they work great for my simple uses.
The only negative is that the door closing is too noisy and for the capacity it is slight larger than I would have liked.

We purchased this product as the old one was just that, old. Price was good, it was delivered in a timely fashion, and now to how it works. We are pleased with the microwave, takes a lot less time to heat water, melt butter, defrost things and cook frozen meals that I had made. I'm still learning how to use all the gadgets. Yes, we would recommend it to anyone looking to replace their old microwave.
