Very good microwave

We bought this to replace another LG microwave which we had had for a long time and which we liked. This model is smaller than our previous microwave but is large enough for all our uses. I particularly like the EZ ON feature and the stainless steel/black look in my kitchen.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Perfect microwave for the apartment. Easy to use as well as easy to clean. Keypad lettering is easy to read even in low light situations. Great little microwave for the price!

I bought this microwave at the holiday months about 2yrs ago. I was taken aback for a minute because the thing simply stopped working. I unplugged the micro and tested its cord in several outlets. Nothing made it work. Mysteriously enough, the next day when I was about to trash it; I plugged it up to see if it has a second coming. Guess what...it did. I can say that I had to put any liquids or items that weren't microwaveable because I simply use it re heat leftovers for the most part. If you find yourself in that situation just give it a day to see if yours too will comeback to life. BTW...this thing has performed with great adequacy since that hiccup occurred. No problems thus far going into 2016 and yes this microwave does have a higher than average noise during usage.

It looks good. It cooks good. It's a little loud. I put my hands on the sides as it runs and the noise lessens. So the noise seems to be the vibration of the box itself. So I'm getting used to it.

We bought this a few days ago when our other microwave stopped working. I love the potato and popcorn button feature. Also, the EZ Start button!

Bad Latch Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 5 1/2 months of use the door will not open without prying and pulling on it. This is in a household of two seniors with no children so it is gently used. We are very dissatisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This has been a great purchase and it brought me into the 21st century. The design and various settings takes most of the thinking out of usage.It is a state of the art appliance that i am totally content with.
