Poor glass

I bought this unit in 2014, August, from the start we have had the glass replaced 4 times in 7 month time frame. I'm waiting to see what customer service is going to do for my fifth time about the glass. The glass does not hold up while cooking then the cleaning is very difficult to work with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

like it but read over manual first!

I was disappointed that the actual item did not look like the showroom item that is the reason I picked this one particular model. It's eat quick has a warmer spot but was frustrated with all of the stickers that are on it and the time it took to clean them off. I also did not realize that you cannot let any water get it well it's hot all I did was left a lid of the pan and the condensation left marks that I cannot get off. You also can't use copper bottom pots wish I didn't know thank goodness I talk to representative first.

super burner selection

We installed this unit 2 Months ago and love it. Replaced a Creda unit (top of the line 20 yrs ago). It was easy to install for a DIYer based on the included installation guide. Love how controllable the heat settings are from full boil to slow simmer. The warming burner is a plus. Quite happy with element sizing and versatility. Top cleans up easily, especially if you don't let spills remain on surface for extended time. Did hours of research prior to purchase and am convinced this was a smart choice

Nice cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really liked it, it is a big improvement to the one I had. It works great and fast and the warming burner is used more than I thought. The dual burners controls on the two front are not easily distinguished whether I am on large or small burner. Not a big deal and I am sure I will get accustomed to it.
