EX3212 is pricey but worth it

I purchased the EX3212 yesterday and it performs great as a visual aid for business presentations. It is also user friendly.

* Very easy to connect via USB to windows 8 laptop (first thing that has been easy to connect to windows 8 - but that is a different review!)
* very bright, good picture quality in sunlit room, * speaker worked well (will no longer need to connect laptop into our sound system)
*appreciated not having to wait for cool-down with fan running

Who needs a TV?...

Ever since I was a small child I have been fascinated by projection and the big screen. When I moved into my new home I wanted to set up a projection home theater system. My children bought me the EX3212 SVGA 3LCD Projector to make this happen. I am totally satisfied with the quality of this unit. The picture is amazing. This will always be my preferred way to watch movies, sports, etc. Whenever I have guests over they are amazed. I love it!

I'm very happy with this purchase--from ease of set up to quality of the picture, it is exactly what I had hoped for. I also like the fact that it can be used with just a memory stick and doesn't require a computer connection each time!

Great for the home.

I have installed 100's of projectors (I work for a school district), and the vast majority of them are Epson. They are rock solid, great image and good bulb life. The EX3212 is the first I bought for me, and my house. It is great watching movies, and awesome for video games. The lamp warm-up time is very quick, and the colors are brilliant. Good job Epson, keep it up.

I really wanted to like this projector, and as long as we were showing video, it was great. However, we were using it to project reports and computer screens, and it was unreadable. We had to return it and go a different direction
