GREAT PRICE AND PRODUCT.WAS EASY TO INSTALL.WI-FI PROGRAM CONNECTED TO COMPUTER FAST AND EASY TO NAVIGATE IN PROGRAM.

Too many problems

This is my third printer in less than one year. Each issue has been covered under warranty, which is exceptional. However now I have problems scanning. Every issue was resolved by sending a refurbished prnter, so the there is no history of why it was refurbished, or repaired. I would not recoommend this printer.

Excellent all in one

(Pros) I love how efficient and smooth this all in one is, quiet, fast, and prints amazing images. I am able to use its features from any web page by hitting the print tab or left clicking. I love the built in scan options which allow you to convert your scan into different file types when scanning and saving to your computer or USB ex. PDF, WSD, to Cloud, or email.
(Cons) It occasionally freezes up during the middle of scanning multiple files however, mostly responds if you wait allowing you to pick up where you left off. It sometimes has trouble locating the IP address to my computer therefore it makes using the scan functions directly on the printer inaccessible and I have to use the scan short cut on my PC in order to scan the document. While these issues sometimes happen they are not significant enough for me to reconsider another purchase. I love my WF-2540 it has definitely been a lifesaver our family has used it on and off over a year now for small business and personal use; and we are truly satisfied so much that we purchased a separate one for our son for educational purposes.

LOVE my Epson WF 2540

Using home computer and printer for family business. Ink easy to find, scanner used all the time...love the printing capacity. Had a "paper jam" and machine was physically damaged...HAD to buy the same exact model for myself and ease of navigation...HOPE this little guy doesn't leave the retail shelves!

This printer uses a lot of ink and if any color runs out you can not print in black even if it's full. It is also VERY slow. Please do not buy this printer. I've had it for a year and I am throwing it out.

Worst Printer ever

worst printer ever bought so far got it maybe a year ago and used it maybe 15 times and it keeps leeking the ink or it wont print and when i put new ink it wastes it all and wont even last first printer i bought from epson and never buying anymore of this brand it was a waste of money

It's alright

When any color ink runs out the printer goes into a tizzy and won't allow you to print in just black. Also, why wouldn't a Mac OS be allowed to print double sided. I guess they don't think that Mac owners would like to be efficient in any way possible. That is my major annoyance with this product. It makes me wish that I never purchased the printer.
