The printer has good quality but the installation gave me hard time. i had to contact costumer support for help.

The overall Function of my Epson workforce is excellent. My biggest complaint is the paper seems to Jam alot. I have to go thru the steps to get it back up and running.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only worked occasionally for a few months and quit

I only had the Epson printer a few months, and 99% of that time didn't use it because it was always messed up and needed attention of one kind or another. Most recently it just made this constant noise like it was trying to pull in paper, but it would never catch, so would never work. So I've given up on it, and will never buy Epson again, no matter what, ever. Lesson learned

I like the way printer printer handles paper flow and quality 0f printing, But ink use and dry out without nearly daily use is frustrating. Mostly using it just as a scanner and printing with laser printers.

When it works, it is good. If not in use often enough, print quality is poor. Nozzle cleaning is common.

Stopped Printing - Disappointing Purchase

Purchased primarily for the scanner function and automatic document feeder. After less than a year, replaced under warranty due to the automatic document feeder tray malfunction. Now the printer no longer prints, even after purchasing new ink cartridges. Length of ownership is a little over 2 years. Infrequently used the printer function but would like it to work when needed.

Worst Office printer ever!

I bought this Epson printer for my office because I own wide format Epson printers - a 9900, a 4900, an R2880 and just bought a P9000 and i thought the office printers would be as reliable as the wide format printers. I was wrong - we can barely get this thing to print anything, it is constantly running out of ink and then you can't even get it to print in just black very easily. I bought this to print out customers orders and it is just the biggest headache. I hate this printer.

I cannot get this printer to work anymore. I have replaced the ink cartridges and no ink print comes out. Do I have to connect this to my wi fi. help need this for political writing
