I like this printer/all in one. My only complaint is that it's slow when copying. It prints fast from the computer, scanning is fast, it just takes to long to copy

Every other copy/fax/scan it tells me that there is a paper jam. The only thing reliable is the fact that every other time i use it the machine gives a warning of paper jam. Very slow and to simply print a copy has too many steps.

Superior all-in-one for home use

This all-in-one 4-function device is easy to operate and performs well. The construction is sturdy and it's a compact machine. The price is reasonable for what you get. Even for color printing the results are better than average. I don't use the machine for photo printing, so I cannot share any experiences about that function. In the single instance when I needed to call for technical support, the help I received was very good. All-in-all I'm satisfied so far with my purchase.

The WF-2540 replaces my previous Epson WorkForce printer which gave me many faithful years of use and is still working. However, it was getting old and tired and ready to retire.
It was simple to setup the various features and was ready for it's first task in short order.
Although copies seem to reproduce a tad slower than I am use to, I can live with that. I mostly print directly from my computer anyway and the print speed is an improvement over my previous printer.
I especially love how quiet this unit is when working and how quick it is ready to begin work when turning it on. I am also pleased that the unit is a bit smaller than my previous printer, but don't let that fool you. It is just as powerful and can handle any task.
This printer is perfect for the home office, small business, or personal use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
