I have used this printer for 2+ years and still love it ! This printer is VERY easy to set up. It is also small, fast and not expensive.

This printer is simply not working. It has way to many features. It does not connect to OsX Maverick and if any one of the color cartridges is empty it will even print in black and white.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is a good printer until all of a sudden the black ink stops printing. Im pretty sure its a clogged print head. its ridiculous that this printer barely lasted 8 months before running into problem.

Good All-in-One

This machine does what is needed to be done. I do have a few complaints, though. It is slow, when scanning it often beeps and says paper jam in ADF, sometimes it skips parts of the page when scanning and prints out a grey or black page and wastes my ink, and when printing it will say out of paper when there is plenty and it is loaded correctly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fax via ADF always paper jams.

I bought a 2nd identical printer because I was not able to fax using the ADF due to the last page always ending in a paper jam. I thought I had broken printer #1. Brand new printer #2 is doing the exact same thing.

very poor ability to get wifi hooked up print

I have hooked up many printers to wifi and wireless computer hook ups. This one is baffling and frustrating. I have gone to IYOGI and FIOS and still am anable to use the printer.

I have had nothing but problems with this printer. It always has errors. Shut off and turn back on . I do this over and over and over. Still it will not print. I am so tired of this Epson product.

I had the 545 workforce great printer, bought this 2540 it is totally junk. Very very slow poor printer.... NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
